Where does Artis & Grove ship to?
We ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations. All countries we ship to are include at the check-out when registering your delivery address.
What are the charges for shipping?
Shipping rates are based on order weight, destination and delivery time, and will be calculated at the check-out before you complete your order.
What are the return and exchange policies?
All products purchased from Artis & Grove include a 14-day exchange/credit policy. If you receive your item and decide you would like to change it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for it's return for an exchange or store credit note. With the product being returned you will need to include a copy of our returns/exchange form, which can be downloaded here.
What methods of payment are accepted by Artis & Grove?
Artis & Grove accepts credit card payments, as well as Artis & Grove gift vouchers. Online payments are made via eWAY, which uses the latest secure technology and fraud protection.
We also offer direct deposit for corporate customers upon request. Please contact us on info@artisandgrove.com to request a direct deposit payment.
How often do you update your store?
We update the store on a weekly basis, and try to get all our new products up online as soon as we can so we can share them with you! To be kept on top of new products, please sign up for our mailing list.
How are brands and products selected at Artis & Grove?
Each piece has been chosen for it's unique and hand-crafted design and genuine quality production. Artis & Grove guarantees all of our merchandise is genuine and authentic.
I can't find what I'm looking for - what should I do?
We know all the products at Artis & Grove inside out because we love them so much! So if you can’t find quite the perfect item, then contact us by email at info@artisandgrove.com. Or have you found the perfect item, but the colour’ is just not quite right? Often, because the designers make things specially, you can ask for something to be a bit bigger, or smaller, or in a different fabric, colour, etc. So feel free to ask the question and we will do our very best to make sure we find the solution for you! I have my own creative small business and would like to be stocked at Artis & Grove - what can I do?
